Vacuum Technology

Is BeautyGard used on Naugaform products; e.g., golf cart seat and other vac-form applications?
BeautyGard is used on Naugaform 4000 (AVS). Where “pour-in-place” foam formulations are used in vacuum forming processes, the synergy of chemical formulations becomes more critical and should be reviewed individually.
Is it possible to have e.g. product identifiction, text instructions or logos on my parts ?
This is possible for both vacuum forming & injection molding and can be achieved in a number of ways. Text or logos can be engraved on mold tools so as to be either recessed or stood up on the injection molding or vacuum forming, or it can be hot foil or pad printed on the parts after molding or forming. The ideal minimum vacuum pressure capacity would be 27″Hg (inches of mercury) ? which is equivalent to 13.5 PSI. However, most vacuums will vary between 20 and 27″Hg. One of the variables that can affect the amount of vacuum you can effectively get is the elevation from sea level where you are located. (Subtract 1″Hg for each 1000′ above sea level. An example would be if a pump normally reaches 27″Hg at sea level, then in Denver at 5000′ above sea level, it will only get 22-23″Hg.

What is Sleep Apnea?
Middle ear fluid is a body fluid that forms in the space behind the ear drum. Normally there is air behind the ear drum. Middle ear fluid forms in an ear when air is unable to get into the middle ear through the eustachian tube. It is necessary for air to enter the middle ear through the eustachian tube to replace the air that the body is constantly absorbing from the middle ear. This is possible for both vacuum forming & injection molding and can be achieved in a number of ways. How does the AVENT bottle reduce baby wind or colic?
Feeding bottles, whether they are angled or straight, need air inside the bottle to replace the milk your baby takes. When your baby drinks, a vacuum is formed in the bottle causing the teat to collapse, restricting milk flow. Unable to receive milk, a frustrated baby’s natural reaction is to suck more vigorously which in turn increases the amount of air swallowed.A – 8mm Lucite forms better in the vacuum forming process, creating a thicker and more rigid tub shell. The walls of the Bath are thicker making a Harold Moore Bath feel far more rigid and luxurious, and the base of the tub is much thicker making for a far more durable bath design. 8mm Lucite also creates a more “rounded” and classy look due to the fact that all the radiused edges are more curved.
What materials are they manufactured from and how?
Material is ABS Plastic and the manufacturing process is vacuum forming. To illustrate the strength and durability of our products, they are manufactured from the same plastic as a pick up truck bedliner.Yes! We can use them to carry out a quote, create tool drawing/s & even make mould tools saving you both time and money – DXF, DWG, IGES, Pro-Engineer & SolidWorks are all usable.Using a vacuum the thermoforming material is drawn onto the model. Using compressed air technique the thermoforming material is pressed on the model. That is proved to be wrong. What really is important in thermoforming is, that a rapid forming is realized. This is ensured by the reserve vacuum of the ERKOFORM-3d unit.
